Highland PTSA Standing Rules

Legally binding agreement about how our PTSA will be run. Standing rules need to be reviewed by the board of directors and approved by members yearly.

For needs not covered by BSD or the school budget, Highland staff members can submit a mini-grant application to Highland PTSA.
